- 2 Avocados.
- 40 grams of Onion.
- 80 grams of Tomato.
- 1 Serrano chili (if not found, use one jalapeño).
- 1/2 Lemon (or lime).
- A few leaves of fresh Cilantro.
Before peeling the avocados prepare the other ingredients so the avocados do not turn brown. Grab an onion and chop it fine.
Do the same with the tomatoes removing the seeds.
Now chop the cilantro leaves, I recommend adding just a little (half a teaspoon). Since its flavor is very pronounced. Do the same with the serrano chilli, chop it very fine and add just a small spoon.
Now is the time to peel the avocados.
